I'm pretty sure that Tartan Lives in Takkakkura's house but whenever Tak's in there Nothing ever happens. I also have a question reply about this.

At a specific time in the day (i can't remeber between when) when Takahura (i think that's how you spell it) is not on the farm or in his house... You may randomly walk in there and see a giant two-headed plant... This, is tartan
DO NOT listen to them when they say you can't get it when hes in there I got him at around 6 I walked in and a cutscene happened
