Okay, Well I desperatly need to know how to marry people. I've been trying to get Cecila to marry my guy for AWHILE! It's gone through spring already and I think halfway through summer, and it still says he's.. And it only has one heart! I have givin her flowers, and/or vegtables everyday since I met her.
I even have the blue feather and ask her every day, but she always goes ''for me? It's for me?'' or something like that then when I say yes, she says.. ''oh, well I just can't accept it. GOSH! Haha, I just want to get her to marry me. Please tell me how and when I should ask her and what I should do if you can!!! THANKS!

You can't give her the blue feather until she has four red hearts or else they will go down. You have to go to her house around five o'clock and there will be a scene. If you tell her the answers she wants the hearts will go up. There are I think four or five scenes you need to get for her hearts to go up. And until you get those scenes and four hearts you don't give her the feather. When you do have four hearts you give it to her. And another thing you can give her is moon ores and the dig site she likes those too.
DONT give here crops cuase she has her own. Give her moon ores from the dig site.
Q: How to get Celia's heart
A: Simple. Give her flowers and do not propose to her until her diary has four hearts ( or maybe three ), and if she does not propose,just giver flowers and no one else ( I mean noone) should get some from you. If this second trick works you don't even have to propose to her - by the end of winter, Celia ( or Muffy or Nami, but they have a low chance ) will come to your door and she will propose to you!
