No, I don't believe you can, but I've heard a couple of rumors about the black shed near your rich soil field:
1. The day before your character dies you can go inside, there's a picture of your dad, and it says stuff like, "If your reading this I've passed away..." Stuff like that.
2. Somebody has a party inside of it, which I think is absolutely the most idiotic thing I've ever heard.
3. It's just a thing that they decided to do nothing with but forgot to take it out of the game. Which is the most logical explanation but also the most dissapointing.
