Okay so I sold my milker for more money, and got a new cow. Unfortunately, I can't milk her because my milker is gone. So how do I get a new milker?

I don't think you can get a new milker. Just milk her by hand.
P.S. If you still can't milk her, it's because they have to have a baby before ever giving milk.
You don't need a milker. I have never used a milker before. New cows also need to give birth before thye will give milk. I wish people would read the instruction manual or look before asking questions. I'm already tired of reading questions about new cowns not giving milk or people selling milkers.
