And he says you can make a better profit by selling cheese or butter instead of just milk. How do I make cheese and butter?

(1) The money automatically gets put into your money bank.
(2) You have to order the Food Processing Room then you can make cheese and butter.

After you read the note the money you get goes with all the other money in your wallet or puse, you can get cheese and butter by buying a food processing room
1 you get the money when you read the note I think
2 you have to save up 30,000 or 60,000 and go to the leger and buy the milking room and prosessing room the prosessing room makes cheese and butter
And the milking room milks the cow for you
Ps the milking room is 60,000 and the food prosessing room is 30,000
Pss you have to push the cows in 1 or 2 times then they go in by themselfs
When you get the note it has the money with it, so it automatically gets added to your money. The chesse and stuff I'm not so sure about, I think you have to buy a machine to make it, or at least that's what you can do when you play Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town/More Friends of Mineral Town
