And I beat the game and it still will not let me see it I've never seen it and I would like to know how do you get it I've tried everything to get it so please answer it and I will be greatful to whoever can answer it and it is the right answer thank you for your cocern of reading this Question and your time.

What do you mean by 'part'? I have no idea what you're talking about. Try playing through the game on the Difficult difficulty setting. Although the only difference is that it becomes a fog of war map and that there are more enemies. If you're thinking of the Torch item, it's only on Difficult, as you don't need it on Easy or Normal.
