Well dud it depends if you've beaten the game and have all the trophies(Gold, Bronze, and Silver) then no, but if you don't have all the trophies at certain places then you can go back and get them.

Yes you can go back and get more trophies.But if you have a gold trophie in the place.

YES! You can go back after you have finished the battle. I mean I did.
