Action Replay codes are something like a disc or memory card like object(sorry if I'm wrong!) They enhance the game making it very easy to win and do things you can't do with out it.
You can buy that them at any videogame retail store.
An action replay code is a code, not an item. Yet you can find this "magical" item at bestbuy, Kmart, etc.
