People are always talking about town ratings how do you get your town rated?????

You can get your town rated at the wishing well. It will tell you the problems that your town might have ( weeds, not enough flowers etc.). If your town has no problems, and you keep it that way for a couple of weeks, then you can get the golden axe. Hope I Helped!!
