Pick any Pokemon like Ninjask (from Fire Red, Leaf Green, etc.) and put it in your party. Since it's ability is SPEED BOOST, make Ninjask hold Macho Brace(item). Even though Macho Brace gives Ninjask more power, it lowers it's Speed, but it's ability SPEED BOOST raise it's Speed every turn. With that combo, Ninjask should also have the move SWORD DANCE, which can raise it Attack sharply, so your Ninjask is great in Attack and Speed and you'll barely lose with this combo, so trust me.
