The Final Trial Prep hints and tips for Pikmin

The Final Trial Prep

Once you start a day in Final Trial, get out 10 Red Pikmin, 3 Yellow Pikmin and the remaining 87 Blue Pikmin.

Separate all of the Pikmin, take all of the Blues to the first rolled up bridge by the stone wall and get them all going on that.

Now go get the 3 Yellows, toss them across the little stream of water on the right to the island, then take them across the island and pitch them across the other little stream to near where the Bombs are.

Launch yourself up there to where the 3 Yellows are using the qeyser/spring below the island in the water, whistle the 3 Yellows and hurl them to where the Bombs are, let them each grab one and come back to you.

Chuck them back on to the island and then make your way over to them, but to get their attention this time, hit the X-Button and then whistle them so that they don't drop the Bombs!

Take the 3 Yellows across the island and heave them back to the main land, by now the Blues should be done the bridge so push the X-Button and leave the Yellows for a second, grab the Blues and move them off the bridge.

Get the 3 Yellows again and take out the steel wall, now go get all of the Blues back and with these 90 Pikmin, start on the other bridge.

As for the 10 Reds, now's your chance to use them, while the other 90 are making their bridge, get the 10 Reds and take them over to the left where the fire geysers are and fling them up there.

Walk around to the right side in the water, whistle the 10 Reds and walk around along side them forward to the box, hit the X-Button to let the Reds move the box.

Now head back through the water until you can make your way across the 2 bridges, at this point, the box and the bridge should be done, so get all of the 100 Pikmin and take out the wall a little ways ahead of you.

Once the wall's gone, get the Pikmin and make your way around the outer edge of the ring to the right and take out that wall.

Again, follow the ring around the outer edge back where you came from and go back to your Ship.

I did this by noon so I had time to go back and beat Emperor Bulbax (those weeds in the middle of the ring), but the rest of the day (however much time you have left) is up to you.

There aren't any other bad guys for you to kill and earn more Pikmin and there isn't any way for you to Flower your Pikmin from here, so all you can do is either go to sunset or use the Candypops to get more Pikmin of one colour.
