When using the Meseta Bankmod cheat to obtain an S-Rank weapon, you can decide what special ability/attack to give it by modifying the amount of Meseta you deposit:
+1 = Jellen (Extra drops ATP)
+2 = Zalure (Extra drops DFP)
+3 = HP Regeneration (passive)
+4 = TP Regeneration (passive)
+5 = Burning (Extra does fire damage)
+6 = Tempest (Extra does lightning damage)
+7 = Blizzard (Extra has a chance to freeze)
+8 = Arrest (Extra has a chance to paralyze)
+9 = Chaos (Extra has a chance to confuse)
+10 = Hell (Extra has a chance to insta-kill)
+11 = Spirit (Extra sacrifices TP to do massive damage)
+12 = Berserk (Extra sacrifices HP to do massive damage)
+13 = Demon's (Extra has a chance to quarter HP)
+14 = Gush (Extra steals HP)
+15 = Geist (Extra steals TP)
+16 = King's (Extra steals EXP)

The regeneration abilities are quite swift; the rate is just shy of four /Revival units.
Simply add the indicated amount of Meseta after depositing the correct amount for the weapon you want. For example, if I wanted a Rod that could cause instant death, I'd deposit 31232 + 10 = 31242 Meseta in the bank.
