{Easy Mode} When the timer is on go left and smash the blocks then find the triangle. Throw it up to that door on the right. Throw it to the entrance. Then go in and get the CD. {Hard Mode} It is almost like the other one but you have to go right then go UP and avoid the enemy then go right then grab the triangle. This time you have to push the circle left to throw it.
