YAY! :D My [email protected] Version 1-Created walkthrough.^o^ Now, before we go, this website is the only website allowed to post my walkthrough WITHOUT permission: http://www.supercheats.com/ Any other cheat website is not allowed to post my walkthrough without permission. But, the following website can NOT have my walkthrough posted at ALL. I have found this site untrusty to me. http://www.cheatsguru.com/ Chapter I: Getting Ready Chapter II: Lorelei, Ice Champion! Chapter III: Bruno, Fighting Spirit! Chapter IV: Ghostly Appearance Chapter V: Dragon of Dragons Chapter VI: Gary, Master Rival! Chapter VII: Ending and Credits Chapter I: Getting Ready Stuck on Elite 4? Gary beat you up? Can't get pass even Lorelei? I'll stop that whining. FIRST of all, catch all 3 legendary birds. Yep, and I mean Moltres, Articuno, and espicially Zapdos. ( very helpful :D) Here are where they are: Articuno-Try to get to it at the Seafoam Islands Zapdos-Find the exit to the Power Plant Moltres-Reach the end of Mt. Ember Hint: I recomend you don't use Master Ball. Use a VARIETY of balls. (Great balls, Ultra balls, even Pokeballs!) Save it for the legendary dog (Entei, Rakou, or Suicine.) Here was my party: Moltres lvl. 50 Articuno lvl. 50 Zapdos lvl. 50 Charizard lvl. 43 Gyrados lvl. 38 Poliwhirl lvl. 29 (experience share) Here was my party moves: Moltres:regular moveset Articuno:replace Agility for Blizzard Zapdos:replace Agility for Thunder Starter Pokemon:steel type move, Mega move, rest of them your opinion Gyrados:Surf,Dragon Rage, rest of them your opinion OR...Dragonite (LV60+) Surf, Dragon Rage, Dragon Claw, Choose YOU CHOOSE THIS POKEMON Hint: I recommend a Charizard for the starter pokemon because he can learn Steel Wing and Wing Attack. Chapter II: Lorelei, Ice Champion! Lorelei-Moltres, and if you have it, Charizard, and Zapdos will work wonders here. You should put Zapdos first even though she says she's Ice -type. Somehow, she has mainly Water-type pokemon. Be cautious, because all her pokemon know Ice Beam, which is definitly Ice type. You better thank God that she doesn't own an Articuno too! Defeat her, and go on to, BRUNO! Lorelei's Pokemon: Dewgong (Ice-Water) Slowking (Water-Physic) Jynx (Ice-Physic) Lapras (Water-Ice) I forgot Chapter III: Bruno, Fighting Spirit! Bruno-He'll start with a Onix, then with another pokemon. He's 3/5s fighting type. The 2/5s are Onixes. Now, here's the part where Steel moves become useful. Make sure you don't actually use a Steel-type pokemon though (well, againts Machoke, Primeape, whatever, I forgot his Fighting -type pokemon.) Here's a reason why you might not want to use Articuno againts Onix, 1. Ice only does 2x damage (I know! they changed it after this game, like in Pokemon XD: Gales of Darkness.) to Rock-type pokemon. Not Ground-types. 2. Articuno has 4x weakness to rock. Ice is weak to Rock, as well as Flying. So, one itsy bitsy Rock move can hurt you. Maybe even make Articuno faint! Probally. But... that's when Gyrados comes in. Even THOUGH he DOES have 2xweakness to Rock moves, Gyrados IS Water-type too. Surf 'em until they flush down the toilet. For the Fighting-type pokemon, use Zapdo's Drill Peck. Simple as that. But a Physic move works best as Fighting types typically have higher defense than sp. defense. Just make those pokemon go mental, or peck 'em until they bleed. Bruno's pokemon: Onix (Rock-Ground) I forgot Onix (Rock-Ground) I forgot I forgot Yeah... I hadn't beaten the Elite Four in a LONG time, so I can't remember as much. And even IF I did fight them again, I'll have to make a new walkthrough becuase they kinda "stole" pokemon from the Hoenn-Johtto region. Chapter VI: Ghostly Appearance I forgot her name, but she resides on Poison-types. First she'll grab out Gengar (REALLY! I HAVE A HAUNTER! AT LV. 100! I hope it was.) and stupify your pokemon by confusing them. And also to note, it CAN'T poison you. I think. I dunno, bro! Look at the paragraph above this! The most helpful here would be a Kadabra, Alakazam, or Venesaur. Or a Sandslash. Or a Nidoking or Queen. Or a Poison (for a reason), Physic, or Ground-type pokemon. But...Ground moves don't work on Gengar becuase of it's special ability Levitate. Note to self, she has 2 Gengars. But, all ya have to do is mentalize them, shake 'em up from the deadly Earthquake move, or, or, or, I, hmmm... I, I, I...dunno. Dear Diary, I found this stupid lady in the Elite for who is MARRIED to Proffesor Oak! Please God, BANISH HER NOw! Somebody's pokemon: Gengar (Ghost-Poison) Golbat (Flying-Poison) I forgot I forgot Gengar (Poison-Ghost) Now, the person right before your rival, Gary. BE SURE that you take Gyrados or in my opinion, Dragonite (even though I don't have one in THIS game) into the leader party. Chapter V: Dragon of Dragons Leader of E4-I forgot his name (SORRIEZ!) but he is mainly Dragon type. He'll start with a Gyrados (funny if you use Gyrados! O_o) and he'll use Dragon Rage often (always 50 dmg.) Next, he'll use 2 Dragonairs and 1 Dragonite (funny if you use Dragonite! O_o) But, Twister, Dragon Claw, and some other wacky Dragon-type move works wonders. Don't forget Ice! Articuno also can knock out them Dragons. Leader of E4's pokemon: Gyrados (Water-Flying) I forgotz Dragonair (Dragon) LV.55 Dragonair (Dragon) LV.55 Dragonite (Dragon-Flying) LV.60 | | Easy see, easy do. Elite Four was easy, but now you're going DOWN!!! (A.K.A V) Chapter VI:Gary, Master Rival! BOSS:GARY-Here's your rival! He has specific pokemon depending on your starter. But he'll always have... _____________________________ |Your pokemon|Rival's pokemon| |____________|_______________| | Charizard |Blastoise | |____________|_______________| | Blastoise |Venesuar | |____________|_______________| | Venesuar |Charizard | |____________|_______________| Blastoise will use Rain Dance, but Zapdos can use Thunder with perfect accuracy with it. Venesaur will use Sunny Day for it's Solarbeam, but that also increases Fire-type move's dmg. Charizard uses...nothin' special. Chapter VII: Ending and Credits ENDING Now...you beat Gary and he whines like a baby, and Oak (why Oak anyways?!) tells you all that friendship with pokemon will only make you yourself stronger. But forget what he said. POKEMON AREN'T REAL! (I hope it was...:P) Now you'll go through credits... but turn off your DS or your Gameboy and restart it up. If you have EXACTLY 60 pokemon in your Pokedex (joking, at least 60) Oak gives you the International Pokedex. Now you can get data on cool HOENN and cool JOHTO pokemon!
