I'm not sure if you still would like to know, for zoids legacy once you beat prince gard and the extra tournament in live town. Look for the south sea ruins south of the imperial town, you find something there, not sure yet what, but when I was roaming around and stopped there the characters suddenly talked to each other so yeah.
