Question for Yu-Gi-Oh! Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel

I have beaten bandit keith and looked everywhere for duke but can't find him anywhere.

You have to beat more than just Bandit Keith.

You have to beat Mokuba Kaiba, who yuo get by losing 5 times in a row. And you also have to beat Pegasus, who you get by obtaining the Toon World card.

There are 2 ways to get this card. You can get up to 10,000 points (to check how many points you have, press R1 then look down the bottom) and then you'll get the Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon pack, which after a while, you may find Toon World in.

or you can get it using the password. If you want to know what that is, get back to me. After you've done all this, you get Duke.
