Hey after I play the Mogoo Monkey were can I find the news agency and the bulletin board they are saying Follow The Directions?

To get to the Bulletin Board, find out the place that Lincoln Broadsheet hangs out alot. He should be at the southwest part of Urbania. There is a building there. Go inside and you should see the bulletin board on the first floor. Read it to find out. The password to Club Xizzle is also there. FYI, to finish the mission you have to talk to Gramma Hattie to get the next mission and you must complete her's.
