Where and how do you get the beard,coat, and hat for the olde salty thing?

You have to buy one from the online computor shopping thing and there is one in the clothes rack in the dept. Store. I can't remember the rest. Sry

The sailors hat is found online (if you don't have a comp go to cafe multiplaya)
The beard pritchard locksey has it (white)
The jacket is found in the thrift store in urbiana (in the racks where you change clothes)

Sceptile: Fine.
Blaziken: Consider giving him Thunderpunch in place of Blaze Kick or Flamethrower(whichever one is weaker). It is found in the Battle Frontier as a tutor move for 48 B.P, I think.
Swampert: Great job, but I have some ideas. Since Hydro Pump has low PP, switch for something else non-physical, and with plenty of PP. Nothing water, ground, or rock themed though.
Kyogre: Swap Thunder for Thunderbolt.
Rayquaza: If you want a wide range of effectiveness, try this moveset: Dragon Claw, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Ice Beam. Otherwise, replace Outrage with Flamethrower.
Zapdos: Might I suggest for something else? You may want to try a less-limited electric type, such as Magnetric, Raichu, etc.
Overall: I don't like Legendaries too much. However, you do have some skill with your first three Pok'emon. Regardless, it's something I see every day.
