Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City
I am on the final mission for the 4th chapter and I can't figure out how you decorate the stage.
I've got Sue Pirnova and Dusty Hogg to join and I've gained a popularity of 50 but I don't know how to Decorate it !
Also I stood next to the bins in Glasstown inbetween Club Xizzle and King Tower and you can go inside it. But I also talked to one of the people and they said something about a man living inside.
Is there a certain time that the man is there or doesn't he appear ?

To decorate the stage you have to buy like 5 things that are "decorative" and go to the stage then go to your items and push A then set the items on the stage
and the "man" used to live inside but he mover or something and also...i have 4 houses .. the trash can (you can put things there!) the old school bus.. snd under the vridge 
and the one I bought of course.
