Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

Hi,
I've got a lot of questions 4 you guys/girls.

1. Who do I talk to to get the boat so I can get the dancing nurina thing?
2. On the running from the law goal who do I talk 2 to deliver the note to paridice island?

1. You need to do the mission where you deliver the letter first, then go get yours and det Dan's relationship up to 100 and he should give you the keys for the boat.Then get on the boat and search for that dancing Nutria.
