The map to paradise island is at the very top floor of Olde Salty's ship.

Hey! I'm Dutch so don't mind the English. The map of paradise Island is in the boat. You can rent a room there but above that apartment there is another sort of apartment. You get up there and then again up by the ladder. There it should be. Goodluck!
