Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

This is a dumb question, but how do you get to the main graveyard? I'm on the task to find the slips of paper after playing the monkey game. I don't know how to get there. HELP!!

Ok go to the farmers market in sim quarter, and go across from the dude who sells misc stuff and the couch, go down the stairs, but if you have the 2nd riot mission from ms. Hattie, finish that first and then go there and look in the graves in the space you unlocked by finishing that mission
