How can I collect 100 piles of trash, I recycle all are now are no piles of trash in the whole game

You just have to look around in the city! You will find everything, I did!
Ok, you have to start a new game to finish that goal if you have recycled trash more than like 4 times in the game SORRY
When you collect trash that you find don't recycle any until you get 100. You have to wait until that goal comes up. Some piles of trash are hidden. Also, the piles of trash may appear in the same locations the next day so always look.
You'll find it! I did and the paper of trash is around the whole place! Just keep looking
Look everywhere and keep on collecting cut takes time then recycle at the police station
