Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I am on level 5 mission 4 and 5.

Question 1. Where do I attend the party thing in mission 4 level 5. The one on the typhoon of daddy big bucks or something?

Question 2. Where is the tallest place in the Urbz because it says to put the time machine on the tallest place in the city but I've tried the top of every building that you can get on to the roof on.

It doesn't work it just says this item is too important to place here.

Please help me!!!!!!!

Q 2. The top of King Tower, where your first job was.
