Somebody please tell me where and how you get all the Rep Points for every group. Thanks in advance!

They are all the same for each group. You get points by doing the following:
Get relationship to 100 with all members (4 points)
Get top promotion in group's job/game
Complete the group's rep mission
Move into the most suitible house for that certain group
Find the re trophy and give it to the head of the group
Get all 10 of a certain skill that is relevant to the group
Finally this one is tricky, have a negative relationship with the opposite group. For example, if you are a streetie, insult the head of the richie (vise versa) and if you are a nerdie insult the artsie head person (vise versa)
