It is listed below but i'll tell you anyway. in the grave yard after you complete Mrs. Hattie's quest in guarding the graveyard, you go past where the barracades use to be and go to the very last tombstone and search there. and the man witrh the feather in his hat is Berkeley Clodd and you get the briefcase by giving him the note, then you take the briefcase to Detective Dan D Mann and then take it back to Giuseppi Mezzoalto. and that should complete that task.
