How do I get a hovercraft to get onto the island to get the ninva?

I don't have a clue?

Please help.

And does anyone know who is the messager for paradise island?

You have to get the kid in the university to be the messenger to paradise island.

After that, talk to Det. Dan and he will tell you that the kid left him his fan boat to use and he will let you use it...it is located in Glasstown underground.

Get on the boat and go down, you will go under 2 bridges, once you do that the island will be there with groundhog, beaver looking animals and press A to put in pocket and deliver to Roxanna.

You will later use this boat to go to paradise island to find Luthor Bigbucks to complete another mission, so keep that in mind....
