How do you find Elza after you find the second penguin? I've found the second penguin but now can't find Elza to give it to her

I am playing also that game right now. In the forums they say that Elsa is in the bungalow. (blue house that you can rent). However I can't also find her. Idk if we have to be there a specific time or something... If you find her, please respond to these message.
