When you enter the temple you can go left, straight, right, and far right. After you get the keys from the left passage and right passage, go straight until you see two locked doors. Take the left one, cross over to the end side of the room using the moving elevator. Make sure the blocks don't knock you off on the way there. Eventually, you'll get to a hall near the exit. There's two jars and a space in between. Blow up the wall there, and open the chest on the other side.

In the tresure room xD. But it should be fairly easy to get there because you have a map.
