There is a wall you have to bomb. It has two different tiles compared to the others. Bomb in the middle of the tiles and there you go. If it's not there then on the other side there is a hole that you must be minish to go through.

The mole mitts are on the second floor. Go threw the door on the left and bomb in between the two skulls on the long path after you pass the room with the 4 green blades.
