Oh, that's fun. All you need is Ezlo and an empty bottle. Shrink to Minish size on the rock portal (or was it a tree stump?) and go to the "Minish path." You ought to avoid the enemies (or pwn them, your choice) and get to the end of this pathway. There's green water, which is, in fact, Mineral Water! And there you have it.
