I just unlocked the Cloud Tops level and I truly have no idea what to do. PLEASE give me the whole thing in X-treme detail.

Well, I haven't played for a while, but I do know that at this point you have to find the golden Kinstone pieces. Then you fuse with the clouds that you can fuse with. You have to drop down from the top to go down to the bottom, and you have to use the red whirlwinds to jump back up top. I think you start out on the bottom level, so don't drop to your doom.

You can do it. And sorry my other advice obviously didn't help. =D
