Help I am at the hurle village but I can't find the pico cane and I can't find out how to get the milk for the minish in the barrel I am lost I can't make the been grow when I am a minish help please step by step please

I can't help you with the minish guy but I can help with the cane of Pacci. You have to be on the fire element and you find it there.

In Lon Lon Ranch there are these two people who are stuck outside. Turn minish and get the spare key in one of the jars. They will thank you and the girl will sometime soon sell milk in town.
