You will get the pegasus boots when when your going to Cartor Wilds. you try to go though the swamp, but you can't becasce your not fast enough.
Then go back to Hyrule town and go to the shoe store. ( the one with a shoe on the roof.) go inside, the will fall a sleep.
Use the pot to shrink and go on the desk. talk to the minish they will say the boots are ready but the guy sleeping has to put the finshing touches.
So go to syrups hut to buy a wake up mushroom (60 ruppes). now back to Hyule Town prees "R" on the sleepy haed and you get the pegasus boots.
Simple is it not?
