It's like the 28th!!!! 1) ocarina travel to the lake and talk with minish 2) ocarina travel to town and go into library 3) go to roof, shrink down, go back into library and enter minish area at next to the old man where they will tell you a book is missing 4) get big and go talk to librarian 5) go get the book from the girl (lives next to the weapon shop and lady who lost her chickens) and return it to librarian 6) librarian will send you to the absent minded scholar's house!! 7) he'll ope the door for you now.
