You use the gust jar to suck up his bottom part of the monster, then it will become unstable, fall over, and then swipe as much as you can. It'll get back up, but repeat the process until it dies. The monster will jump for a while, and move faster.

Hint: Every new weapon or tool you get from each element dungeon, you WILL always use it against the big boss. SO in this case you have the gust jar which you probably found in the earth element dungeon when you killed the giant caterpillar. Okay go to the giant green blob thingy(the earth dungeon boss)and use the gust jar to suck out his bottom legs until he makes a weird loud noise. Then he starts to get dizzy and collapez. Then you start slashing him like crazy with your sword. He'll get back up. Keep doing it until he dies. The end
