Question for Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3

Hi I'm stuck on level 3 on world 2. How do I break the blocks at the top of the pymarid to get the blocks with question marks on? I am only small mario. As when I go to level 4 on the same world on the sandpit where there are two plants I can not jump over them without being killed by them as im still small. Is there a way crossing them? Thanks

If your Super Mario, you can jump underneath the block and blow it up!!!!! Hope I helped.
