Question for Sonic Advance

I can get stuff in the shop but I was wondering, is there an easier way to get rings? It will take me a month to get the egg I want at the rate I'm going!

Here this is what I do if you do this right you usually get 160 rings. well choose time attack and choose tails then go to the 1st act of the first zone then grab the shild and then when you get to the part with the red thing go down it and you should have 50 or 60 rings. then go through the level as usual but at the end go through the suirl thing and you should have like 160 rings at the end. this only takes like 1 minute to do so i hope it helps!
