Question for Sonic Advance

I have a few questions, please answer them all.

#1. Where do you get the choas emeralds,is in the acts or somwhere else,and if it is in the act then which act and where?

#2. If I don't hatch the first chao and I have enough coins for a 2nd chao and I buy it can I make the second chao hatch other then the 1st chao?

#3. When I put the cheat to bring tails(when I'm sonic) can I make him make me fly?

#4. This isn't actually a question but a compliment to supercheats : you guys are the best cheat website thing in the world!

1)In each group of two acts (1-1 1-2, 2-1 2-2), there is a special spring hidden somewhere. If you find it, you will be on an "airboard" in some kind of tube. Collect the target number of rings and avoid the bombs to get to the second part. If you see a yellow circle, speed up, and when you hit it, hit B. If you beat the second part, you will get the emerald.

1)I had trouble with that too, and I still have trouble with it.
2)no, but maybe in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
3)no, I was bummed out too after getting Sonic Mega Collection
