Where can I catch Eevee, he isn't on my pokedex !!

A guy in a building in celadon city straight up gives it to you, they arent found in the wild so it wont show you a location on your pokedex.
You cannot catch a wild evee someone gives it to you, but I think you have to get it from leaf green or fire red.
Thats because Eevee isn't in the game.
You can catch Eevee on route 121.
It is not available in emerald, ruby or saphire. You have to trade from leafgreen or firered. You can get the eevee in celedon city at the to of one of the buildings. But in the new omega ruby and alpha saphire I think you you can get it somewhere=' ? So if that answers your quistion your welcome
