No it can't it will stay like that for the rest of it's life.
Except through cheating, no. EVs cannot be allocated to HP for Shedinja.
Shedinja cannot get more than 1 HP, no matter what, with the exception of using an AR. Also, Shedinja will only die by super-effective hits, so why would you need that? Play the game fair----follow how the game works.
No, but the pok�mon is only good against pok�mon that don't super effect it.

Shedinja can get moore hp if you have 99 hp ups in your bag at all times and when you use one buy another so you have 99 hp ups at all times my shedinja has 263hp because I have loads of Pokemon money.this will work on any version.peace out
