You have to go to Sootopolis and go to the cave of origin.
You fly back to lillycove and go in the cave.
You have to dive under water and look for them,surf from the island where steven lives and when the want gets dark then usr dive and look for a cave.

Go to Lilycove and go to your right. Now surf north and there will be a hole in the mountian, enter the hideout.
If you have a tm or hm dice teach it to one of your Pokemon and go to that giant crater or what ever it is on the see and if there something rellay dark blue use dive and swim towards the giant crater and if there is light use dive again
