To get coin case you will have to go near a person who is standing at left side of the house and then go in that house you will find a lady who want a mail so talk to that lady and remember the name of mail she wants. Go in slateport city pokemart and buy that mail she wants go back and talk to her again she will trade coin case for that mail. Honestly I don't remember the mail but it can be Harbor mail.
