Sorry, but there is no way to get a Shiny Stone in Pokemon Ruby.
However, here are the stones that are available in Pokemon Ruby:
Evolution-Effecting Stones:
Water Stone
Thunder Stone
Leaf Stone
Moon Stone
Sun Stone
Everstone
Hold Items:
Hard Stone
