Which are the best Pokemon in ruby and were do you catch them?

I would say that the two best Non-Legendary Pokemon in Ruby are Metagross (Final Form of Beldum) and Salamence (Final Form of Bagon). After you defeat the Elite Four, go to Steven's House. You will receive a Beldum. At the end of Meteor Falls, there is a room with a lot of water in it. Surf on the water until you hit a small piece of land. If you walk around there, you might find a Bagon. It's pretty rare, so it might take some time to find one.

I would say that the two best Legendary Pokemon are Groudon and Rayquaza. Groudon can be found in the Cave of Origin. After you defeat the Elite Four, you can find Rayquaza deep inside Sky Pillar.

you should get the 3 regis they could be found in the desert near mauville city,west of lilycove city,and in some secret spot southwest of dewford town,next best Pokemon is salamance.You can find Bagon (first evoloution of salamance) in a certant spot in meteor falls which is south of fallarbor town,any starter (I prefer swampert) and raise it to lv.80, last Pokemon you sould get is probly metagross which you get after beating the Pokemon league then you go to stevens house which is in mossdepp. P.s. Magikarp is by far the strongest and best Pokemon in the game, but there is also a Pokemon Groudon who isn't quite as good as Magikarp, but still pretty good

I would say Zangoose. Raise it to level 65 and above and teach it the mones, Ice Beam(Ice), Flamethrowe(Fire),
Thunderbolt(Electric), and Solarbeam(Grass).
It's unbeatable, except for fire Pokemon against which it may be a little tough at a lower level.
Power:
Ice Beam 95 PP 10
Flamethrower 95 PP 15
Thunderbolt 95 PP 15
Solarbeam 120 PP 10
All these attacks are both effective and accurate; they rarely miss. I'd reccomend a 100 lv zangoose with quick claw.

I would have to say Flygon which you can find it's basic form trapinch in the desert.
Then it would probably have to be blaziken which you can get through trade or by chosing it for your starter.
Last I'd have to say Salamance which you can receive after you get the HM Waterfall go to meteor falls surf go to the watersurf then go up the waterfall after this go to your right and look very hard after a bit you may find a Bagon which is it's basic form.

Though if youre looking for legendaries id have to say rayquaza which you find at the top of a tower though I forgot which one.

For me the best pokemons are altaria metagross wailord flaygon and salamance because altaria is a dragon/flying tipe and it's powerfull moves are draon breath earthquakedragon dance and teach her the move rest which ull find it at a house in lilicove and when you teach altaria the move rest give her a berrie that automaticcly awaken it after using rest.metagross had powerful idk know what moves it. Has but it's has good stats and ability.has good stats to and teach wailord surf dive and waterfall and it has water pulse and give it a mystic water so it's water moves will get stronger.flaygon a ground and dragon type Pokemon it's knows strong moves like flametrhower dragon breath and teach it a move called fire balst and solar beam which you can find it at safari zone.last is salamance salamance has good speed attack and defence and strong moves like flaygon but knows hyper beam thats all thx......😄

I'd have to say relicanth and absolute. Absol can be found in the tall grass outside of fortree city. Relicanth can be found by using him dive outside of sootopolis.
