How to get the key for Wyven hill

Hey people...

1)How do you get the keys for Wyven hill 30 floor to get Fly?
2)Where can I buy apples?
3)Can I recruit Feebas? And how to envolve it? Does it have beauty points?

2) you can get them at the green kecleon shop...buy the big apples the boast you're hunger up for that dungeon only.

Well for your first question I don't really know but if it's like solar cave you jus find the keys throughout the dungeon
Now you can buy apples at the kecleon store or at a kecleon sop in a dungeon you can also just find them separately
Lastly all you have to do is catch a feebas(yes you can but I forgot how) and then get a item called the bueaty scarf found on floor 35 of western cave then go to luminous cave and give it as a offering I think or wear it either one.
