1)beat articuno 3 or 4 times straight without going to any other dungeon
2)Well I beat ground on 5 times lv 85 with a freind bow and he joined and I beat reyquaza 7 times straight lv 79 with no friend bow but he didnt join

If you have luck , you can do it!!! I battled Rayquaza 3 times without friend Bow then we became friends!!! If you keep doing it, you might catch them without Friend Bow!!!

Note: easier catch for 3 Legendary birds, save at the Stone-like Kangkhasgan at the middle of a Dungeon (Saving place) save then go!!! If you didn't recruit the first time turn-off then turn on then you will be at the Saving place again (this is what I did when recruiting those 3 birds)
