Yes but you need a key and you must go to Mount. Faraway then go to the 30th floor and then look for a room with a key door, if you did everything acourdingly, and brought a Escape Orb, then you have the freind bow and have a better chance of recruiting Pokemon, then if your level 50 or 90 you can recruit even better Pokemon, (like Tentacruel and you must be at level 90 to recruit it)
