How to beat buried relic if only leval 23 yes I beat everyone before him but need help no good at raising leval's or spelling

Ok let me get this thing straight. You're at Buried Relic. You're level 23 and beat the three regis. (Regirock, Regice, and Registeel) And you're no good at raising your level. Ok. All I can say is get better at raising your level. Go to Magma Cavern and fight and do rescue missions. Don't always try strong dungeons like Buried Relic or Silver Trench. Since you're level 23, take your first partner, (like Mudkip or Treecko), and do dungeons like Magma Cavern or Howling Forest. Hope I helped.

You need serious leveling up, don't you? Get up to at least Lvl. 35, and might I recommend Joy Seeds? They provide easy levelling up for you...they appear in the Kecleon Shop every once in a while. Or, do the next best thing...CHEAT FOR THEM!!!

Beat Team Hydro in the Makuhita Dojo.

You get about 3000 exp points per time.
