Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Do you have any tips for Wish Cave and Purity Forest? What's the best Pokemon to bring there? SHould I bring 2 Frustration TM's and like them together? Should I go alone and recruit Pokemon there? Should I not bring my Wish Stone because I find one on the 50th floor? What items should I bring? Sorry I'm asking so many questions, but I've been there once and I died because of those Machops. >_<

Any Pokemon will do..since you start out as level 1. Bring any item you want as long as it's reliable and usefull otherwise don't bother bring at all.

You don't need the bloody Wish Stone.
